SMS consent
Island Pacific SMS Consent
This page documents where users see Manzila SMS consent language before providing a mobile phone number or opting in to platform-branded transactional text messages.
Disclosure shown near phone fields
I agree to receive text messages from Manzila about my account, security codes, orders, appointments, reservations, payment links, and payment-related service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to purchase.
Where users opt in
Users see the SMS disclosure when mobile phone numbers are collected on Manzila-hosted checkout, appointment booking, table reservation, and account communication preference forms. SMS consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default when shown.
Checkout and order updates
The checkout contact step collects a phone number for order updates and payment-related service updates, including payment links when needed, and shows the optional unchecked SMS consent checkbox near the phone field. Checkout may require cart contents, so the public proof example below shows the same consent language and unchecked checkbox state.
Appointment booking
The public appointment booking flow collects the guest phone number and shows the optional unchecked SMS consent checkbox near the phone field.

Table reservations
The public reservation flow collects the guest phone number and shows the optional unchecked SMS consent checkbox near the phone field.
/t/manifesto-naturals/reservations?tenant_slug=manifesto-naturals
Account communication preferences
Logged-in users can add or update their phone number and choose service SMS preferences. The public proof example below shows the same optional unchecked consent language for reviewers because account pages require authentication.
Invoice and payment links
Payment links are sent only as transactional service messages related to an order, invoice, booking, reservation, or account action requested by the user. Payment-link SMS uses the Manzila sender identity and may reference the participating business for context.

Opt-out and help
Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on account, order, appointment, reservation, payment link, and payment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing SMS consent is separate from transactional service SMS consent.
